What I love most about this bootcamp.... there are many. I love the flexibility. I love that if I sleep in and miss my alarm... there is another chance I can do my workout for the day. I love the modifications and that I can accommodate how my body feels at the present time and the trainer Shea Fust, the way you motivate and inspire, and encourage us all, that makes it for me.
I know I am doing the correct moves because you are watching and checking form, which not all exercise apps can do. It’s real time and that matters. I love the options and variety and that my fellow community members are part of this too! I love bootcamp!

What do I love the most? What sets this bootcamp apart? For me the one and only Shea Fust. Shea your energy is infectious. Your smile and attitude are always inspiring. And I have told my friends on more then one occasion “I wish I could be as positive as Shea” or the more often heard “I wish Shea would be my best friend.” 🤣.
Whether you’re just starting out, struggling with an injury or coming back after time away Shea is always there to help you out, offer advice and encouragement. And provide a 100 percent judgment free environment.
She knows when to push you to do more and when to offer you extra kudos. I still can’t figure out how even with my camera off she knows when to offer extra encouragement at the exact moment I feel like I can’t continue with the set. I am throughly convinced she has some of the most awesome super powers around.

I have tried many Bootcamps and exercise classes over the years and yours is the one that speaks to me. I enjoy the way you teach (making sure I am doing the exercise correctly, the encouragement when I couldn’t quite do it, then the “you can lift heavier weight than that” comments), the different levels you offer (which is so important), the support you give and the community you have created. The friendly, nonjudgmental environment that your Bootcamp classes offer made me feel so comfortable, live and virtual. The flexibility of times is also a big bonus! I am officially addicted.

I love the atmosphere, tunes, flexibility of times vs recordings and I enjoy the variety of exercises we do. I like that you can watch me and correct my form or tell me to keep pushing through. It's nice that I know you, so I feel more accountable to the workouts as opposed to like a beachbody trainer who is just someone talking on the screen but not really talking to me! I have made it part of my routine, not always the same time or day, but I always take the time out for ME!

My journey with bootcamp started when I could no longer deny that I needed to do something on a regular basis for exercise, as my sporadic gym dates weren’t enough and the arthritic pain in my shoulders was keeping me up at night. I was always someone who worked out right after my work day and didn’t talk to anyone while I was doing it because I had a task to complete, so the thought of exercising a little later and being with a bunch of other people exercising at the same time was a little intimidating. Plus, the fact that I had such little range of motion and strength in my upper body was embarrassing because I had always been a strong ‘farm’ girl and was proud of it.
My first class was met with a little trepidation, but everyone was so welcoming and Shea kept an eye on me, even though she tried not to show it. Every exercise had a modification and I used a lot of them to get me through, but it felt so good to say I completed the workout! That first time has turned into 3 years and the improvement in my range of motion and the lack of pain in my shoulders is unbelievable! Shea has been so encouraging and positive, but also challenges me when she thinks I can do more, just so I can show myself that I can do it. The exercises always have modifications and sometimes I use them and sometimes I don’t. Shea actually cares for me as a person and wants me to get stronger in a safe way, as she does for all of her bootcampers, so the advice she gives is with purpose. She cares.
I’ll be 61 this year and feel better now, than when I turned 50!!! I’ll continue doing bootcamp for as long as I can because it’s always a challenge with the variety that Shea offers in her classes (you never know what’s coming at you) and I enjoy seeing myself growing stronger and stronger. Life is hard sometimes and you need to be strong to meet it head on, mentally, emotionally and physically and bootcamp helps me do that. Bring it!!

What I love the most about Shea Fust Virtual Bootcamp is how it’s real people being real. No judgment, just motivation, support and a lot of laughs. Shea’s little “sneak in” extended time on certain exercises proves to yourself that you can do it and you are stronger than you think! It’s reality TV. You have people cussing and sweating. Moaning and groaning. Middle fingers flying and cats roaming....real.

I love how convenient and flexible it is. I love that after only two rounds I feel so much stronger. When my 20-year-old son gives me sass I jokingly tell him “Be careful, I go to bootcamp now, I could probably kick your butt if I wanted to”. Lol. And I love that the whole group is so positive, encouraging, and supportive.
The tone of a team or group is set by the leader, so great job creating such a positive group Shea!

Honestly, Shea, you are what sets bootcamp apart from everything else. I've taken classes in university and done online video workouts.... but it's not the same. I truly miss bootcamp when I'm away. You have this incredible ability to see everyone's potential and push us to reach it. And when you tell me that I can do something, you say it in such a way that you make me believe I can.
You don't judge anyone, and make sure we all always feel welcome. Plus, you've created this amazing, supportive, community, which is incredibly special.

I have tried a few different group workouts and types of classes over the years and have never stuck to one till I tried Shea's bootcamp. I love the whole package!! Shea has been so flexible and creative through the years and has created a safe welcoming environment for all of us to enjoy. I didn't realize till we went virtual just how special this camp is.
Even though we are all at home working out by ourselves there is a connection that I just cannot describe. Even when I'm doing recordings I feel like I'm in the group and I can hear Shea telling me to push out my chest LOL!! Thank you Shea.

What do I love most about bootcamp you say? YOU! Lol! You're so funny and you love to joke around! You're encouraging, but a dink (challenging workouts)!! What I also love most with the virtual bootcamp is the accommodations of different schedules! I can either do live or have the recorded option! It’s great with my shift work!

What I love most about this Bootcamp is easy to answer, but it also has many answers.
1. SHEA FUST. You are my #1 reason for loving BC. Your care and compassion for us, and the work you put into each session to make it challenging to some and modified for others. And for always checking in on us and lending advice, support, or correcting our form.
2. The Positive Connection. We are a Bootcamp family and connected even though many do not know each other.
3. The Virtual Option. You can do these bootcamps right from your own home. No hauling your butt outside in the cold at 5:45 am. If you can’t make the times you can get a recording. Thank you for these options.
4. How I Feel. I love the feeling before, during and after the ass kicking. It sets the strong, energized mood for the whole day. I used to fight to stay awake after lunch pre-Bootcamp, now I have great energy to last the whole day.
5. The Variety. I love the variety of exercises in a bc session. Let’s face it, I Love Shea Fust’s Bootcamp. I have done other bootcamps, but Shea you are the absolute best. You genuinely care about each of us and want what is best for us.
6. Accountability. This is also huge. When I sign up I need to be there or Shea will be checking up on me.
I think I have blabbed on enough. Shea should know by now how happy I am to be back working out with this group. I love getting to know everyone and love the support we provide each other.

I joined Virtual Bootcamp in January. When I lived in Portage I did some in person bootcamps years ago too. As hesitant as I was and scared shitless - I’m so happy I joined virtual bootcamp. I can’t believe how much I’ve transformed since I started 8 weeks ago (lost 20lbs!). (Even got the courage to turn my camera on last week!)
I’m feeling so much stronger and confident. My mood is up and I have so much more energy in my day! Every workout challenges me. You may kick my ass every workout Shea but I’m so thankful for you and all you do!! ️️♥️

Turning 40 was hard for me. Just having quit smoking, being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and being 30 pounds heavier than I had ever been in my life was the icing on the cake. I seriously thought that feeling would be something I would just have to accept, along with the number.
With encouragement from a great friend, I hauled myself out of my comfort zone and into Shea’s bootcamp. I almost died that first class. Shea came over to me in the last minutes of the workout and said to me, “Your body is far stronger than your mind is telling you right now. Don’t give up!” Her encouragement held me through that first class, the first session, the first year, and in fact the first decade. Now the 50’s have brought me newer and bigger health challenges.
With Shea’s help I am facing them head on. I am grateful that her classes are for every level of fitness, as mine can change daily. Her kindness and caring goes far beyond the class. Her advice and genuine concern for my health are a source of comfort for me. Shea has given me a fitness family whom I love and admire very much. Shea does such an amazing job at making you feel like she’s in your house with you - if you’re brave enough to turn that camera on. She corrects form, pushes you to try at least one of the “tough” exercises but allows you to do whatever one fits you best in the moment. She tailors every session to a variety of levels and it’s amazing how fast you’ll feel stronger, fitter and more capable.
The virtual option has made bootcamp even more accessible than pre-Covid times and I’m so thankful!

I started Shea Fust Bootcamp in 2012 when I moved backed to Portage. I was told she was the one to go-to for a ‘great workout.’ Shea did not disappoint. With Shea’s Bootcamp, she inspired me to work harder and smarter with various levels of the same exercise depending on strength, or if there was an injury in a particular area to work around.

Over the years I have worked out with her in different aspects...I have done group training, personal training...a favorite of mine...stretching classes...and of course consistent bootcamp classes. Personally I started bootcamp when it first started. I stopped for a long time but started up again with virtual bootcamp last March. I have enjoyed it so much. I was nervous to start again but Shea's amazing attitude and positivity has helped immensely. She is there for her clients 100% and she makes working out fun. Not to mention the amazing community that has been created around bootcamp.
Shea has such a passion that is seen and felt in every class. I also love the different modifications she offers for each class. So even if you're new to working out there is always an exercise that fits your level. In the past year I have gained so much strength and can finally fit back in those "goal" jeans! What can I say about this rockstar... Shea is an amazing person inside and out and has a heart of gold. I have done her bootcamps on and off throughout the 10+ years and they are never boring, always keeps us on our toys, and always challenging us -beginner to advanced she has you covered.

Shea is an amazing person inside and out and whoever trains with her knows what I am talking about. She puts her whole heart into her bootcamp and making sure that no matter what level you are on you can do her class and follow along. I’ve been in bootcamp for 7 years on and off (baby in between and a few health problems).
Now that she has virtual bootcamp going I am in love. Having a husband who is a farmer it’s just great for me cuz I don’t have to work anything in between his schedule. Bootcamp is my way of staying active and healthy for myself and my family. Since starting up again I have notice that I have a lot more energy. My back is getting stronger too. I have way more endurance and strength. I have definitely gained so much since starting up again. I could go on and on lol. I am honestly just in awe of Shea and everything she gives/does for us. Joining bootcamp in January 2012, at the age of 49, was by far the scariest but best thing I ever did for myself. In the beginning the loss of weight and inches really excited and motivated me. But it's the 'gains' which become far more important and kept me going all these years. The increase in fitness, strength, confidence, energy levels, and now with stretching classes, flexibility.
There have also been the gains of friendship and community (ages 17 to 71!!!) which I never would have had without making the leap. My physical and mental health are both stronger because of bootcamp. Shea making the switch to virtual classes in March 2020 has been so key to staying healthy and sane during this crazy year.
As a trainer she is exceptional offering modifications for every exercise, but also encouraging you when she knows you are capable of doing more. Shea is kind, caring, genuine and funny. I joined Shea’s bootcamp in 2012 and have not missed a session since! When I started, I remember feeling winded after the warm-up! Shea is inspiring, encouraging, knowledgeable and she pushes you to become stronger! She provides a huge variety of workouts with many options to challenge you at any level.
